Verified Contact Details Only
Phone confirmed by SMS OTP, email confirmed by link. Every profile we send has working contact details. No more wasted calls to dead numbers.
Driver Category & Location Data
You receive the driver’s licence category, postcode, availability, and shift preference — enough to assess fit before making contact.
HGV-Specific Leads
We only collect registrations from HGV licence holders. Not van drivers. Not car licence holders. Cat C, Cat C+E, ADR, tanker, categorised clearly.
Consent Confirmed
Every driver has explicitly consented to their details being shared with HGV recruitment agencies. GDPR-compliant data transfer. Full audit trail.
What we don’t do – Licence checks, DBS, CPC validation, right to work, medicals, none of that. All compliance sits with you. We verify contact details so you’re not wasting time on dead leads. Everything else is your responsibility, same as it always has been.
HOW THE PARTNER MODEL WORKS
Driver Registers
A driver fills in our registration form with their contact details, licence category, location, and shift preference.
We Verify
We confirm the driver’s phone number via SMS OTP and email address via confirmation link. Only verified profiles progress.
Profile Shared
We pass the verified driver profile to relevant partner agencies based on category and location match.
Agency Recruits
The agency contacts the driver directly and manages the full recruitment process, compliance, contracts, placement.
PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
To join our partner network, you’ll need to:
✓ Be registered as a UK company
✓ Have valid ICO registration (data protection, non-negotiable)
✓ Actually specialise in HGV driver recruitment (not general staffing with a transport desk tacked on)
✓ Maintain your own compliance processes for driver onboarding
✓ Agree to our data handling and contact policies
